We think great service and great coffee go hand in hand, so at Nero, whoever takes your order makes your coffee. This means your barista can start getting to know you and vice versa. There are no assembly lines, the personal touch is as important to us as we hope it is to you.
Service means different things to different people. For some, a familiar face and friendly word makes all the difference, but if you are the type who wants to grab your order and get out to start your day, that’s okay too. Either way, our simple wish is that you feel better after visiting us than before.
Of course for that to happen our coffee also has to be the best it can be. We don’t cut any corners with our training – it is highly intensive and demands commitment and time. But when the pressure’s on, that dedication, patience and skill pay off. Becoming a barista at Caffè Nero is no easy feat, but we think it’s worth going the extra mile to get the best coffee.
